Small jade bi discs of this type with a thick body is often worn as part of the grouped ornaments. See an example of this type, decorated with rows of spirals in relief, exhibited at the British Museum, illustrated in Jessica Rawson, Chinese Jade from the Neolithic to the Qing, London, 1995, p. 253, pl. 15:2.

青黃玉質，璧身頗厚，兩面減地淺浮雕榖紋。 

此類玉璧體量較小，而璧身較厚，多作一組佩飾之一。參考大英博物館曾展出一件東周榖紋玉璧，屬於同類作品，見Jessica Rawson著，《Chinese Jade from the Neolithic to the Qing》，倫敦，1995，頁253，編號15:2。
