the globular body rising from a short foot to a waisted and collared neck, painted in iron red and underglaze blue with gilt accents, the body decorated with four blossoming peonies borne on broadly arced vines issuing leafy tendrils, the shoulder encircled with further foliate motifs below a design of lotus blossoms and arabesques suspending ornaments painted to the neck, surmounted by two raised collars with traces of gilding, wood stand (2)
