An example of this rare model, formerly in the Jack and Belle Linsky Collection, lacking its cover and without the elaborate piercing to the rocaille base, is in the Metropolitan Museum, New York (acc. no. 1982.60.292a,b). Another unpierced example is illustrated by Friedrich Hoffmann, Frankenthal Porzellan, vol. II, Munich, 1911, taf. 167, no. 648.
