From the start, this was the structured 'keeper', with its very low yield and high acidity, and they made the right decision in launching the 1989 before it. 50% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay, 18% Pinot Meunier and 21 crus. In 2016, that orange zest Krug nose, followed by a taste of walnuts and mint, round and still very youthful. Extraordinarily complete now. Superb with a risotto that had a twist of orange in it. Part II: Removed from the cellar of a cellar of a magnificent estate, this collection has been gathered by a prominent European Family of collectors. With impeccable provenance, most of the wines were sourced directly at the properties since the 1970s. This section include a large offering of 1980s and 1990s Bordeaux and Sauternes in their original wooden cases together with 1970s and 80s Champagne and a unique lot of 2 50cl of Moutai from the 1975-1983 period
