The limited edition Tag Heuer Carrera Calibre 1887 Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR has been produced in the early 2010's.

It is the perfect example of the strong link between Tag Heuer and the automotive world.

Made in 5,000 examples, this model pays tribute to one of the most beautiful car ever built, the Mercedes 300 SLR. This car became the world's most expensive car earlier this year when it sold for Eur. 135,000,000 at Sotheby's RM.

The back of the watch is beautifully decorated with an engraving of the car, surrounded by the denomination of the special edition.

The watch is powered by the Calibre 1887, a chronometer quality movement and the first in-house chronograph movement developed by Tag heuer.

This piece has a most attractive dégradé brown dial with orange five-second markers matching the end of the chronograph seconds hand for an excellent readability.

This present lot has been preserved in attractive condition and comes with its set of original accessories.
