(San Francisco: self-published, 1988, an edition of 21 and 2 artist's proofs), a portfolio of 84 photographs, comprising 72 silver prints and 12 chromogenic prints, all but the first print signed, each dated, editioned '20/21,' and numbered sequentially 'CP1' through 'CP84' in pencil or ink on the reverse, each framed, 1984-88, printed in 1988; together with the printed title, dedication, introduction, and colophon, signed, dated, inscribed 'For Jack,' and editioned in pencil. 4to, black cloth clamshell box with stamped metallic-red lettering and matching slipcase
