Arabic manuscript on paper, 304 leaves plus 1 fly-leaf, 19 lines to the page, written in naskh in black ink, ruled in gold and blue, verses separated by blue dots, surah headings in gold or blue, ‘ashr gold or blue markers in the margins, f.1b and f.2a with an illuminated frontispiece, in brown gilt and stamped leather binding
