For the 50th anniversary of the Sea-Dweller, Rolex released a new model re-introducing the red text for the model name above the depth rating. It also received a substantially bigger case, measuring 43 mm, which is only 1 mm smaller than the Deepsea and 3 mm bigger than the previous version. Additionally, a magnifying glass known as 'Cyclops' is in place above the date, making it the first time that this feature was applied to a Sea-Dweller.
