Designed as a hinged shirt collar composed of mesh, the front with a clasp and floral motifs set with brilliant-cut diamonds, inner circumference approximately 360mm, signed VCA, numbered, French assay mark and maker's mark, fitted case stamped Van Cleef & Arpels.
