Executed in 1985-90; the first impression is a presentation proof aside from the numbered edition of 60 plus 14 artist's proofs, with the blindstamp of the printer and publisher, Tyler Graphics Ltd., Mount Kisco, New York; executed in 1960, the second impression is number 86 from the edition of 100.
