署簽：王鐸仿米芾字卷。鈐印：〈潘祖堯〉「小聽帆樓藏」
款識：黃書怒震少含蓄，蘇書有致體亦老，轉折深藏之意不復存矣。因觀米黼諸帖合宋有九青與予所藏數十冊，惟米脫盡習氣，駕雲霧行空中不易觀也。丙戌（1646）冬月王鐸。鈐印：「王鐸之印」、「煙潭漁叟」

張祥凝（1911-1958），號作齋居士，其居所名為項鐘廬，廣東番禺橫沙鄉人，為傳統派國畫研究會會員，又曾與李研山、鄧芬合組天池畫社。其山水宗元人；篆刻則學黃牧甫、丁鈍丁、趙撝叔，風格繁富，上追秦漢。
