upright rectangular with rounded corners, both sides decorated with sunburst fluting, the top right corner of the front applied with the diamond-set monogram FF below a royal crown for Frederick Francis IV, Grand-Duke of Mecklenburg Schwerin (1882-1945), the push piece formed of a sapphire cabochon, stamped '585' for 14 ct gold,
