Released in 2006, the reference 5960 is Patek Philippe's first annual calendar complication equipped with an automatic chronograph movement. Bold and eccentric, the reference 5960 incorporates a copious amount of functions on the dial, all well-executed with a modern approach. Three apertures on the upper edge display the day, date and month respectively, along with a power reserve indication right below the date. The “bull’s eye” chronograph counter resides at the bottom half along a very distinctive day and night indicator. A highly practical model, the reference 5960 is well celebrated for its contemporary and sporty design.
