This satirical romantic comedy was written and directed by Pedro Almodóvar, and stars Victoria Abril and Antonio Banderas. The film tells the story of an unbalanced psychiatric patient, who when released, kidnaps a porn star actress, who he once had sex with. His intention was for her to fall in love with him and for them to get married. His endeavours to get her to marry him are somewhat unorthodox ! Mr. Sohal has always been a great admirer of Pedro Almodóvar, and was lucky to meet him at a book signing in London, where he was promoting his new book The Pedro Almodóvar Archives. When he was shown the posters he said 'wow you have all the original Spanish posters, I am really impressed'. It is rare for anyone to have an original film poster signed, as the majority of signatures are on pieces of paper, photographs and video/dvd sleeves. It is unusual to have the film's poster with you when you try to obtain signatures.
