In 2020 and from magnum, this is still beautifully fresh, pale and with enormous finesse of bubble. The 58% Chardonnay (the rest is 42% Pinot Noir) gives delightful silkiness and the magnum format bestows extra youth. This weaves its magic. Serena Sutcliffe, MW

FROM THE RHONE, HERMITAGE LA CHAPELLE AND CUVEE DA CAPO STAND OUT. FROM SOUTH OF THE ALPS, THERE IS A WEALTH OF BAROLO, BRUNELLO, FLACCIANELLO, PERGOLE TORTE, MASSETO, SASSICAIA AND SOLAIA. THE GENERALLY EXCELLENT LEVELS AND GOOD APPEARANCE IS PROOF OF THE QUALITY OF THE CLIMATE CONTROLLED STORAGE.
