江城號茶品非常珍貴，鮮見於市場，其與敬昌號圓茶號稱姐妹茶，然兩者相較則以江城號質量更為優秀，堪稱茶中明星。“江城”因李仙江、曼老江和勐野江三江環繞而得名, 其位于雲南省思茅(普洱)市東南部, 思茅(普洱)、紅河、西雙版納三个市(州)交匯處,與越南、老撾接壤 , 素有“一眼望三國”之稱。江城號普洱圓茶在上世紀九十年代被發現時，陳期已達四十多年，已經很難在市面流通，實爲彌足珍貴。
