The Calibre de Cartier was introduced at the SIHH in 2010.
As its name indicates, the watch embarks an in-house caliber, named 1904MC.
It is a twin-barrel automatic movement with 48 hours of power reserve that was developed at La Chaux-de-Fonds.
Housed in a 42mm case, the watch is designed to be the perfect daily wrist companion.
The timepiece is extremely easy to read thanks to the large numerals and the oversized one at 12, hands and subsidiary dial for the constant seconds. The date is incorporated in an attractive and unusual way and is highlighted in a similar way than the subsidiary seconds.
Nearly fifteen years after its introduction, the Calibre de Cartier is recognized as a modern classic from the Maison.
