Highlights:
Matriarch is a product of two main things: the vintage it is from and the hillside vineyards that we work with. It is a wine of great quality, but not of singular character like the crus.
Though it has hillside characteristics, its identity can change vintage to vintage due to where it is sourced and what the year brings. With that said, the quality is always at the highest level.
