8vo (235 x 150 mm). Title-page, section title-page; pages toned, especially along edges, one or two stray marks in pencil, closed marginal tear to final page repaired with tape. In quarter dark brown morocco, marbled boards, spine with morocco labels titled and dated in gilt, red endpapers; a little wear to binding and lightly bumped at head.

This memorial "praying for the admission of Wyoming into the Union of States," contains a copy of the state constitution of Wyoming, as adopted in 1889.
