The first 70 year old Glenlivet to be released by the Urquharts as the second instalment of G and M's Generations series, this incredibly rare whisky was distilled during the second world war at a time when whisky production had been ceased at many other distilleries across Scotland. Soon after this distillation Glenlivet was mothballed for 3 years.

This cask was selected by John Urquhart and bottled by his grandsons Michael and David Urquhart as one of only 100 beautiful crystal and sterling silver decanters.
