of rectangular shape, carved in relief within an arched recess with a seated woman facing right, wearing a chiton and holding her mantle draped as a veil over her head, and with three diminutive figures standing frontally each clothed in a himation, three lines of Greek inscription engraved below the scene (names on lines 2 and 3 followed by the farewell formula ΑΛΥΠΟΙ ΧΑΙΡΕΤΕ on line 3).
