the upper section of concave serpentine form, with two panel doors opening onto an arrangement of drawers and pigeonholes, the lower section of convex serpentine form with a retractable sliding surface, with four cock-beaded drawers flanked by shaped and channelled edges on inwardly-curving bracket feet
