Designed as an eye, set with a pearl measuring approximately 13.37 x 13.33 x 7.39mm, embellished with brilliant-cut diamonds and diamonds of brown tint, and circular-cut black diamonds, mounted in 18 karat white gold, signed Young by Dilys.
