The Reference 5040 remained in production from 1992 until 2007, and was one of the firm's most elegant timepieces, combining the highly desirable and complicated automatic perpetual calendar with an distinctive and elegant tonneau form case.
The 5040 is divided into 3 series and made in all four precious metal types. The current watch is a second series watch and is cased in yellow gold.
