A Highly Rare and Important 'Imperial Green' Jadeite and Diamond Parure

極珍罕及重要 天然「帝王綠」翡翠 配 鑽石套裝


Comprising: a necklace, composed of ten highly translucent oval jadeite cabochons of intense emerald green colour weighing 176.93 carats in total, decorated with brilliant-cut diamonds; and a pair of earrings and ring en suite, set with three oval jadeite cabochons weighing 54.77 carats in total; all mounted in 18 karat white gold, necklace length approximately 420mm, earrings with post and hinged back fittings, ring size 6½.


Necklace jadeite approximately 19.00 x 16.05 x 7.86 to 17.65 x 14.27 x 7.10mm. 

Earrings jadeite approximately 17.95 x 15.51 x 5.75mm and 17.66 x 15.52 x 5.30mm.

Ring jadeite approximately 20.05 x 18.45 x 6.45mm. 


Accompanied by three Hong Kong Jade & Stone Laboratory certificates no. SJ 207235, SJ 207236 and SJ 207237, all dated 10 December 2021, each stating that the jadeite tested is natural, known in the trade as "A Jade".


Further accompanied by three Gübelin reports and appendix no. 22031156, 22031157/1 and 2 and 2203119, all dated 23 March 2022, each stating that the jadeite are with no indications of treatment and may also be called "Type A" in the trade.  Gübelin Appendix further stating that ''... the most sought after colour is a deep, emerald green colour referred to as "imperial green"...A matched set of thirteen natural jadeites described in the above mentioned Gübelin Gem Lab reports posses evenly saturated green colouration, referred to as 'imperial green', combined with the high translucency as well as their fine texture'.
