釋文：萬歷甲戊(1574)秋仲寫於雲間之北禪淨室，天都丁雲鵬。鈐印：南羽、雲鵬

題跋：(吳徵)丁雲鵬字南羽號聖華居士，善道釋人物，得吳道子法，白描酷似李伯時。此卷寫靖節高風，用筆高古深厚，眉睫液態絲毫畢具，直造精妙入神之地，龍眠後一人而已。雪盦先生出示是卷識數語以歸之，辛未(1931)夏五月抱鋗居士吳徵。鈐印：抱鋗居士
