The Octa Réserve de Marche marks the first automatic watch released by F.P. Journe. Launched in 2001, the watch enjoyed a 3-year production period before changing to the pink gold movement which was eventually discontinued in 2014. The calibre 1300 created the basic foundation for Journe’s automatic movement, extending its legacy while creating the blueprint to be inherited by future complications. Thanks to the flexible movement, the cases of these steel watches are able to retain their 38 mm diameters. Maintaining the highest precision of timekeeping, F.P. Journe successfully integrates complications such as the annual calendar and the fly-back chronograph without enlarging the case, while propelling an incredible 120 hours of power reserve to the automatic caliber 1300.

Simple yet elegant, the dial side unveils the true highlight of the timepiece with the everlasting matte yellow gold surface, accompanied by a large date display with a set of elegant blue steeled hands, completing the masterpiece with a majestic touch.
