Condition
The board appears to be stable. The board undulates very slightly in the upper third. There is some very light surface dirt in places. This excepting the work appears to be in excellent overall condition. Inspection under ultra violet light reveals a scattering of very sensitively executed spot retouchings in the sky. The work is held within a carved and moulded gilt wooden frame. Please telephone the department on +44 (0) 207 293 6424 if you have any questions regarding the present work.
