Condition
Good condition overall. Chips, scratches, marks and abrasions throughout consistent with the object’s age and use within the culture. Several large cracks stretching from the top edge down, the longest approximately 23cm, and one crack to the proper left edge travelling up. Heavy damage and wear to the top of the board, particularly to the proper left. Heavy wear to edges and extremities consistent with great age. Small modern hook for hanging inserted to reverse. Good preservation of the white pigment. Label bearing Elizabeth Pryce collection inv. no. EP-130 and sticker with the number 264 on reverse of shield.
