The complete set, comprising four screenprints in colours, 1978, each signed in black felt-tip pen, numbered 87/150 (total edition includes ten artist's proofs), printed by Rupert Jason Smith, with the publisher's ink stamp verso, Warhol Enterprises, Inc., New York, on Strathmore Bristol paper, each framed

Condition

The full sheets, printed to the edges, in good condition, occasional inconspicuous scuff marks, mostly in the matt ink (only visible upon close inspection in a raking light), sheet edges with minor rubbing associated with framing, a few small skinned areas verso associated with previous hinging, each framed. Minor imperfections to individual sheets include: F. & S. II.179: A diagonal crease at lower right corner, the tips of sheet with minute pigment loss, pale paper discoloration in the unprinted area at lower left, pale scattered fox marks and slight discoloration verso. (A very small variation in the pink pigment at upper left of the subject's head, inherent to production). F. & S. II.180: A minor diagonal scuff in the blue at lower left (measuring approx. 8.5cm), a very slight rubbed spot and small soft handling crease at right of the subject's hair (only visible in a raking light). F. & S. II.181: Three tips of sheet with minute pigment loss, slight backboard-staining with associated scattered foxing verso. F. & S. II.182: The yellow very slightly attenuated at extreme sheet edges, a soft semicircular crease in the subject's chin, a small accretion in the subject's hair at centre right (possibly associated with printing).
