Condition

Overall good condition consistent with age and use. Scattered oxidation and loss of nickel plating throughout the frame. The original leather exhibiting cracking and minor flaking and wear throughout, concentrated to the upper corners of the backrest and lower rear right corner proper of the seat, with this particular crack measuring approximately 21 cm in length. Each of the above mentioned areas have been sensitively and professionally stabilised with a cloth patch to the underside and are only visible from the underside of the chair and on close inspection of the rear corners of the backrest. The support stringing below the seat is likely a later replacement.
