Pair of gem-set and diamond rings, Michele della Valle

Each designed as a dolphin, one set with brilliant-cut diamonds of brown tint, the eyes embellished with circular-cut emeralds, size 54, the other similarly set with brilliant-cut diamonds of black tint and circular-cut rubies, size 54^1/2, both signed MdV for Michele della Valle.

Please note that the diamonds of brown and black tints have not been tested for natural colour. Each signed MdV for Michele della Valle, stamped 750 for 18 carat gold, inscribed DWM. Emeralds and rubies well matched in colour, green and red of medium strong saturation, with minor abrasions. Diamonds of brown and black tints well matched in colour. Scratches to the metal consistent with light use. In very good condition. Total gross weight approximately 21 grams. Pouch stamped Michele della Valle.
