opaque watercolour heightened with gold on paper, black rules and red borders
Condition
In fair condition, tear to lower left-hand corner with associated consolidation (visible to reverse), small tear to left-hand edge and to top right-hand edge, a crease to the central section within the water, some minor patches of white paint missing, notably to lotuses and on a fish, colours otherwise strong, set into old textile-covered mount, as viewed.
