Condition

In good condition overall, with minor signs of wear to the platinum mounting with discoloration to the reverse of the eye which appears to be composed of white gold. Minor lead solder to one of the elements holding the central disc in place, but seen only from the reverse. The diamonds range from approximately G-H color, predominantly VS clarity. The translucent blue and green enamel ground remains in good condition, as does the opaque black numbering. The ruby is a medium-deep very slightly pinkish red and moderately included, with a few surface-reaching inclusions and abrasions at the facet junctions that are visible under magnification. Signed on one of the edges, dimensions approximately 1 5/8 by 1 1/8 inches. The eye component is slightly loose in its mounting but stable.
