Condition

Overall the condition of the marble is good with wear to the surface consistent with age. The marble has been heavily cleaned, which has given it a shiny appearance. There is veining to the marble consistent with the material, including a dark vein in the drapery by the proper left leg. At least three of the fingers of the proper right hand are reattached and restorations are visible. There are abrasions to the edges of the drapery and to the terrasse (these have a rough texture in contrast to the otherwise polished surface). There are some dirt marks including to the proper left arm.
