the breakfronted rectangular marble top above a conforming cushioned frieze and out-curved shaped aprong centered by a tablet with female mask flanked by floral swags, raised on acanthus-carved cabriole legs ending in hairy paw feet.

Condition

Overall good restored condition; partially composed of 18th century elements; the marble top with old repaired break to front right corner and with some subsequent losses and chips to edge at break; some small chips and wear to edges of marble top; gilding refreshed; age cracks and shrinkage to veneers to frieze and apron; overall with usual marks, nicks, scratches, scuffs and bruises.
