The canvas is unlined and well-stretched.The paint layer is stable. Minor frame abrasions are visible in the extreme corners. Under ultraviolet inspection, isolated areas of in-painting are apparent. Specifically, a vertical four-inch line near the center left edge of the canvas; a three-inch vertical line along the center right edge; and a one-inch vertical line in the upper left quadrant.
