The print is in generally very good condition. There are two handling creases on the right side of the image. There is a 1/2 inch sq. area of emulsion loss in the lower right margin of the print. There are a few minor handling creases in the margins. The corners of the print have been bumped. A studio label, printed with the sitter's name, is affixed to the reverse of the print. The credit stamp reads 'PHOTOGRAPH BY FRANCESCO SCAVULLO' on the reverse.
