Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although it fails to convey the slightly glossy nature of the surface visible in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. Visible only when examined upon extremely close inspection in raking light, there are a faint horizontal impression and an extremely thin scratch running towards the lower edge, both of which are possibly original. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
