Centering an emerald-cut emerald weighing approximately 4.06 carats, flanked by two triangle-cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.80 carats, the mounting further set with single-cut diamonds weighing approximately .39 carat, size 5¾, signed Cartier, numbered 3319309; circa 1933.

Condition

In good condition. The emerald is a rich medium deep slightly bluish green and is very slightly included. Some abrasions to the facet junctions and a small chip at one end of the keel line on the the pavilion. The diamonds are approximately G-I color and VS clarity. Signed Cartier on the outer shank near the gallery on one side. Accompanied by AGL report no. CS 41055 stating that the emerald is of Classic Colombian origin, with no indications of clarity enhancement. Accompanied by Cartier Certificate of Authenticity number NY2007-23.
