Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the blue in the upper part of the composition is brighter and more vibrant in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. The sheet is attached verso to the backing board. The right edge is irregularly cut. There are artist's pinholes in several places along the edges. The sheet is undulating slightly. Close inspection reveals a tiny and unobtrusive tear to the centre of lower edge. There are some handling creases in places, which are in keeping with the artist's working process.
