Bon état général.
Quelques traces d'oxydation éparses et quelques fines rayures sur l'ensemble des poignées, l'ensemble d'usage. Les parties en ivoire présentent quelques fines fissures liées au dessèchement, quelques taches jaune-orangées et quelques traces de salissures.
Good overall condition.
A few traces of oxidation scattered and some thin scratches over the bronze surfaces all consistent with normal use and age.The ivory parts present some minor cracks of drying up, a few yellowish stains and a few traces of dirt. As can be seen in the catalogue illustration one ivory handle and finial is missing. A restorer has been consulted and this is possible to replace at the buyer's expense.
