Description

Composed of two graduated rows of 62 and 59 natural pearls measuring from approximately 7.5mm to 4.7mm, to a clasp centring on a circular-cut sapphire within a surround of similarly cut diamonds, length approximately 400mm.
Condition
Accompanied by a report from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory no. 08665, stating that the pearls were found to be natural, saltwater.
Pearls round to slightly misshapen, cream with rosé overtones, medium to high lustre. Sapphire with characteristic inclusions visible under magnification. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 1.00 - 1.50 carats, stones bright and lively. Clasp secure with safety catch to underside. Some fine abrasions and tarnish to metal consistent with age and wear. In good condition.
