  • Diameter: 3 ΒΌ inches
both thinly carved, the first a dish with the interior carved as an open chrysanthemum flower with two rows of fluted petals radiating from the central disk to the scalloped rim, the second a U-shaped jar and cover, the exteriors carved with arabesque floral scrolls, all surmounted by a chrysanthemum-form finial (3)

Condition

The dish with minor nicks to the edges. The bowl with a large U-form break consolidated with Japanese lacquer, the cover with some slight polishing to the edge.
