Coral, Pink Sapphire and Diamond Necklace, Bulgari

Composed of 55 coral beads measuring approximately 13.5 to 8.4  mm, completed by a clasp set with one cushion-cut and two oval-shaped pink sapphires, accented by four small square-cut diamonds, mounted in 18 karat gold, length 23½ inches, signed Bulgari.

In very good condition. The light pink-orange colored coral beads present moderate color mottling (as seen in the catalogue illustration) and a high polish. They are slightly lighter than illustrated in the printed catalogue. Several beads with polyp cavities, but not readily apparent. The sapphires are a lively, very slightly purplish pink and lightly included with cavities seen under maginification. The diamonds are approximately G-H color, VVS-VS clarity. The clasp enhanced with stylized acanthus engraving.
