The circular dial applied with Roman numerals and a cabochon emerald crystal, the bezel millegrain-set with circular-cut diamonds, the bracelet set with circular- and single-cut stones, bracelet expandable, dial signed Cartier, case indistinctly numbered, French assay marks.

Condition

Stamped with French assay mark for platinum. Signed Cartier on dial, indistinctly numbered at back of case. The cabochon emerald crystal measuring approximately 17.5 mm in diameter, with typical crystal inclusions, some of them surface reaching, scratches and abrasions. The total diamond weight is estimated at approximately 8.75 carats. Mechanical movement in running condition at time of cataloguing, please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee future working condition of watches. Movement with internal circumference 7 inches, signed European Clock & Watch Co. Inc., numbered 20818. Normal to extensive signs of wear to the metal, scratches and indentations consistent with use and age. In good condition.
