Condition

Colour: Overall, the colours in the catalogue illustration is fairly accurate, although the tonality is rich and deeper in each work. Condition: All three works are in very good condition. (i) The sheet is taped to the window mount at the top two corners on the reverse. There is some undulation to the sheet. There is some inconsistency to the pigmentation of the sheet and the paper tone is uneven throughout. (ii) The sheet is taped to the window mount at the top two corners on the reverse. There is a residual, horizontal line which may relate to a previous frame window cut-out on the reverse. There is a light handling crease beneath the far right section of the composition. There are a few extremely faint water splash marks to the lower left corner and to the lower section of the right edge, which appear original to the works execution. (iii) The sheet is held between two sheets of Plexiglas. On very close inspection, there are three tiny media accretions across the lower section of the composition, which appear original to the works execution. There is a tiny handling crease to the left of centre, adjacent to the top edge.
