Condition
The canvas has a firm relining.
The paint surface is clean and secure, if a little flat. No major damages are apparent, though there is a small knock, approximately 2cm. long, to the sitter's right sleeve lower left, which has resulted in some paint loss, as visible in the catalogue illustration.
Inspection under UV light reveals some scattered retouchings throughout the painting and some more major work to her left armpit.
Offered in modern, northern-style stained wood frame in good condition.
