Mesilat Yesharim (Path of the Just) is an ethical text composed by the influential Moses Haim Luzzatto (1707-1746), often referred to by his acronym Ramhal. Standing in marked contrast to the rest of Luzzatto's writings which ranged from kabbalistic to philosophical, this ethical treatise is Luzzato's most influential work. It is considered by many to be the most important Jewish ethical text since the Medieval period.
