Description

Designed as a series of interlocking articulated swags each centring on a stylised palmette motif, set with circular-, single- and rose-cut diamonds, to a later detachable snake link chain, length approximately 395mm, signed Cartier, London, formerly a tiara later converted into a necklace.

Condition

Signed Cartier London. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 16.00 - 20.00 carats, of mixed colours and clarities. Well articulated. Snake link necklace back well articulated, secure fittings, safety catch. Formerly a tiara, evidence that original fittings that might have attached to the tiara frame have been removed from the back. Minor tarnish to fittings, not visible when worn. In very good condition.
